"I called for a quote on a property and send all the info via email. The assigned rep was not responsive and the estimated quote that she finally emailed back had many errors. I contacted again to follow up, but the rep never responded back. I gave up after waiting for 2 weeks and called another insurance company that was much more responsive, communicated clearly, and produced accurate quotes."

"We had an issue with our Auto policy due to the Statefarm system. However, John and Ines were very helpful with our situation. The procedure took a little longer than expected due to underwriting reasons which I know it wasn't the agency fault, but in the end, our issue was resolved and that what was important.
When an agency owner promises to resolve your issue and keeps his word, I believe that's what makes an agency's service great! I recommend anyone get serviced by this agency. Thanks, John and Ines, for the assistance!"
