"We had an issue with our Auto policy due to the Statefarm system. However, John and Ines were very helpful with our situation. The procedure took a little longer than expected due to underwriting reasons which I know it wasn't the agency fault, but in the end, our issue was resolved and that what was important. When an agency owner promises to resolve your issue and keeps his word, I believe that's what makes an agency's service great! I recommend anyone get serviced by this agency. Thanks, John and Ines, for the assistance!"
